Because those come empty. Somebody still has to gather how your business actually works and put it where the agent reads it before every reply. That is the slow part, and you will never sit down and do it, because getting work off your desk is the reason you paid somebody. The {{ buildPrice }} is that work, done properly, once.
Will it sound like a robot?
It sounds like your business, because it is built on your business. Your prices, your terms, your answers, the way your company puts things. If it ever sounds wrong, you tell us and we fix it.
What if it says the wrong thing to my customer?
There are rules for what it does not touch, and anything awkward goes to a person instead of being guessed at. On the retainer we read the conversations, and anything it got wrong gets put right so it does not happen twice.
Does it phone people?
No. The agents work by text, email and message only. AI voice is not good enough yet and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If a call gets missed, the agent texts back. Nobody gets called by a machine.
Will this get me more leads?
Honest answer, no. The agents do not find strangers. They answer and sell to the people already coming to you, and they stop the ones you have paid for slipping away at nine at night. Getting more people to your door is marketing, and that is somebody else's job. Worth saying plainly: if nothing is coming in at all, an agent has nothing to answer.
Does it work with the software I already use?
You keep everything exactly as it is. Nothing gets ripped out and nothing gets cancelled. Where your software allows it, we connect so the agent reads your real information and writes bookings straight back in. Some software opens up easily and some does not, and if we cannot reach what it needs to read, we tell you straight before you have paid anything.
What do you need from me?
Your information, and permission to reach it. Prices, terms, the answers you already give, and access to whatever holds your jobs and your calendar. Then about twenty minutes of questions by text or email. We do the rest.
When do I pay?
Before we start, in full, and then we build. No deposits, no stage payments, no invoices arriving later with things on them you did not agree to.
What if I change my mind, or I do not like it?
You get your money back. Any time before you take delivery, no questions asked and no argument. If you took delivery, it means you wanted it. We take the risk, not you.
How long does it take?
Every build is different, so we will not give you a made up date. Anyone who does is guessing. What is true: we move fast, you hear from us every day, and you can message your own agent while it is being built. You will never wonder where it is.
What does it cost to run, on top of your fee?
Your accounts are yours, opened in your name and billed to you direct at their normal price, with nothing added on by us. Your AI account gets a spending cap, so if the cap is {{ capPrice }} the bill cannot go past {{ capPrice }}. It only goes up if your business grows and you decide you want it to.
Who owns everything if I leave?
You do. Every login, every file, your accounts, your customer list, your database. Handed over properly, with everything written down so you know where it all lives. Run it yourself, give it to your office manager, take it anywhere. Nobody holds your stuff hostage at this company.
Will my competitor get the same thing?
No. What we build for you is yours and we do not resell it. If your competitor ever finds us, he pays for his own build, from scratch, at full price.
Do you work with my trade?
If your customers are homeowners and your jobs are worth real money, yes. Fencing, pools, landscaping, painting, driveways, turf, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, and everything close to them.
Is this tax deductible?
Yes. It is a business expense, same category as your trucks, your tools, and the software you already write off every month.
